Bringing us wonderful women of all shapes and sizes our 'Body Tailored' boot camp is Leon Taylor, ex forces circuit extraordinaire.

If your not a fan of gym cardio then this is for you.

Its fat burning fun and the road to getting back in a bikini!

Come along and join us EVERY Sunday at 9am for 45 minutes of sweat, blood and probably tears, especially 'tailored' to the post preggo mama! However....

ALL WOMEN WELCOME, all ages and abilities. If you're  looking to shift some chub, keep fit, escape the kids (or bring them if you cant find childcare), our door is open to anyone who wants to burn some calories and have some fun. This fantastic support network of like minded women will keep you calorie burning throughout the week getting you pounds lighter to your 2018 goal!
