TaeKwonDo Hawks are Hampshire based with clubs serving the Portsmouth, Cosham, Havant and Waterlooville areas, running classes 4 days a week.
Classes run for 1 - 2 hours and it is each individual's decision if they train for one hour or two.

Our main training focus is TaeKwonDo however we also offer other areas of training from other martial arts.
Our Enrichment Training Programmes are designed for all students. However Black Belt Students are encouraged to choose one as a secondary study.
TaeKwonDo Hawks does not teach "MMA". The other martial arts that are included are for enrichment purposes only. The base curriculum is TaeKwonDo and it is this curriculum that students progress in.

All classes are 2 hours in length. It is recommended that students arrive ready to train for the first or second hour or can train for both.
We can easily accommodate anyone that has a disability and we adjust the moves to suit each person's abilities.

All Instructors have insurance to teach, have CRB checks and are first aid qualified.
TaeKwonDo Hawks is a member of the World Ring Sports Association. The WRSA is a National multi-style Martial Arts Family providing indemnity insurance and club recongnition. The TaeKwonDo Hawks curriculum and instructors programme is approved by the WRSA.
We comply with the Martial Arts Standards Agency 5 Rules
1. To have a valid and traceable Black Belt or equivalent in Martial Arts.
2. To have a valid and traceable NVQ or equivalent in sports/martial arts coaching.
3. To have valid and traceable Instructor Indemnity Insurance of a minimum of £5 million.
4. To have a CRB enhanced disclosure check that is no more than 2 years old.
5. To have a clear pricing structure with no hidden costs.
